Classroom
Each classroom will receive Technology Enhanced Classroom (TEC) equipment including a projector, document camera, wireless laptop computer and appropriate software. Four standards-based computers per classroom will be maintained at the Elementary and Middle Schools and six computers per classroom at the High School level.
Building
Non standards-based computers will be replaced and each building will receive a mobile computer lab, a mobile video conferencing unit, and an updated library system. Interactive whiteboards and student response systems will be seeded into each building. Wireless networks will be installed and network infrastructure improved as necessary.
District
Network infrastructure will be upgraded to improve overall performance and management capability. Improved support and training will be provided as the district implements a new help desk and adds instructional support staff for training. District-wide online resources will be established to support Tier 2 classrooms.
